This upcoming Air Jordan 3 takes us back to a time when MJ suited up for the Washington Wizards.
When Jordan took these to the court, upon first look it was thought to be a pair of “True Blue” 3s, but upon closer inspection, it was revealed to be a PE for the man himself. It heavily borrows from the aesthetic of that classic colourway, with its white leather upper, elephant print at the toe, heel and midfoot and blue branding, inner and lace holes. The differences show up on the lower laces holes and the tongue Jumpman, which instead of the red seen on the “True Blue” , are copper.
Blue Jumpman branding on the rear heel complete an upper that resides above a white and blue midsole and that triple-colored rubber outsole.
The “Wizards PE” Air Jordan 3 is scheduled to release April 29. They will carry a 210 USD sticker price.
Now if only we can get the white and royal 11 he wore at a Wizards practice.
